Ordering handmade soap from Adra Soap is easy. Please click and add to your cart. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, PayPal, bank checks and money orders only. Please be assured that all credit card information is collected using a secure server.
Shipping
We ship via priority mail within forty-eight (48) hours after payment has been cleared. Shipping rate will be added to all orders. Rates are the following:

| 2. | $10.01 – $20.00 | $8.95 |
| 3. | $20.01 – $50.00 | $10.95 |
| 4. | Above $50.00 | FREE |
Shipments within the 48 contiguous US in excess of 200 pounds may ship by common carrier.
Returns
At Adra Soap, your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. You may return merchandise to Adra Soap for any reason by following these steps:
- Please make sure that you are returning the item so that it is received within 14 days of its original shipment date. This date is on our packing list as well as on the Order Status area of the site. All returns must be received by our warehouse within 14 days of the original shipment date.
- Please fill out the Reason for Return section on the front of the original packing slip. Products must be returned with the Adra Soap packing slip enclosed in the box. Shipments received without the Adra Soap packing slip are subject to a $4.95 handling fee per item.
